First, parts CNC machining process:
We are very in the actual operation process, the processing technology needs to refer to the specific processing links to determine, and then carefully analyze the drawings and processing position, determine the steps of CNC processing of parts, and then determine the position of the fixture, and the selected processing tool.
Each CNC machining process consists of product analysis→→ graphic design→ process planning→ path generation→ path simulation→ path output → machining → inspection. This part CNC machining process basically includes most of the parts, and each process connection and each step have different meanings.
(1) Analysis of parts:
Our Noble master will analyze the requirements of customer-specific parts, obtain certain composition information and parts processing requirements, summarize them, and formulate excellent CNC processing plans for parts.
(2) Graphic design and painting of parts:
Through the analysis of the appearance and processing requirements of the parts in the early stage, the master of Noble carried out a detailed analysis of the shape, function and texture according to the customer's requirements, and drew it through the drawing software, and sent it to the customer after review. Finally, our NOBO master determines the CNC machining pattern of the part.
(3) CNC machining process planning of parts:
Through the appearance and processing analysis of the product, our Norder master reasonably establishes each processing step from the overall processing to ensure that the customized processed parts meet the needs of customers.
(4) Simulation of CNC path of parts:
After the path is generated, we generally do not have an intuitive sense of how it will eventually behave on the machine. Here, we can check for possible problems through path simulation, thus reducing the actual processing scrap rate. The general inspection focuses on the effect of the appearance of the workpiece, whether it is overcut or undercut, and then whether the process planning of the path is reasonable.

(5) Output of CNC path of components:
Our NOBO masters usually program the necessary steps in the software design of the path output to implement on the machine tool, through which the intermediate reference can be used to establish a connection between the two. If you have a professional background in numerical control, you can also understand it as the post-processing of the toolpath.
(6) Determination of dimensional accuracy of CNC machining of parts:
We describe the needs of customers and the functions of parts, and comprehensively consider the dimensions and required accuracy of parts to be customized for customers;
(7) Reasonable clamping of parts:
Our GZ master will carry out the workpiece clamping for cleaning, not staining, iron filings and dust, and use a file to remove the oil stain on the workpiece to avoid damage to the parts processing process.
(8) Safe test cutting method:
When we set the offset amount, we can use the following simple method, when the coordinate system is set according to the standard tool, move the actual tool to the workpiece surface, enter the actual measurement value of the workpiece surface, and the system will brake and calculate its difference as the offset value of the tool.

(9) Setting of cutting data for CNC machining of parts:
Our GZ master will calculate the spindle rotation speed for one minute according to the one-minute drilling depth of the workpiece, further calculate that the spindle feed speed is 100mm, and then divide this number by the number of spindle rotation to get the amount given per revolution.
(10) CNC machining quality inspection of parts:
Our GZ master will detect the wool next to the part according to the customer's requirements, grasp the cutting tool path and accurately determine that the workpiece will not be damaged.
