Third, thermal energy deburring
Thermal deburring (TED) is the burning of burrs at high temperatures generated by the deflagration of a mixture of hydrogen-oxygen gas or oxygen when it is formed with natural gas. It is to pass oxygen and oxygen or natural gas and oxygen into a closed container, ignited by a spark plug, so that the mixture is implopped in an instantaneous burst to release a large amount of heat energy and remove burrs.
